It contains 13 protein-coding genes and 23 tRNA genes that range from 54 to 72 bp. We compared our mitogenome with the one reported by Miya and collaborators in 2013 and found that the average number of nucleotide differences was k: 47.000 resulting in a nucleotide diversity Pi(t) of 0.00299.
